What we collect

• Booking details — when you book a discovery call through our embedded Calendly calendar, we receive your name, email address, phone number and any information you choose to add about your business.
• Enquiries — if you contact us by email, we keep your message and contact details.
• Technical data — basic information your browser sends when visiting the site, such as your IP address and device type.

How we use it and our lawful basis

• To arrange and run your discovery call and follow up with you (performance of a contract or steps before entering one).
• To respond to your enquiries (legitimate interest in running our business).
• To keep records required by law, such as tax and accounting records (legal obligation).

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Who we share it with

• Calendly — our booking provider, which processes your booking details on our behalf. Calendly may process data in the United States under appropriate safeguards.
• Tella — hosts the video on our home page and may receive basic technical data when the video loads.
• Professional advisers, regulators or authorities where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required by law (for example, accounting records).

Website measurement

To improve our website, we count anonymous, aggregate interactions: clicks on our booking buttons, which FAQ questions are opened, whether the video section is viewed and for how long, and how many calls are booked. This uses no cookies, no identifiers that follow you between visits, and no personal data. We do not profile you, retarget you, or share this with advertisers. Our hosting provider, Lovable, processes it on our behalf only.

Cookies

Our site itself does not set tracking cookies. The embedded Calendly calendar and Tella video player are third-party services that may set their own cookies when you interact with them. Our cookie notice lets you choose whether to allow this. See their respective privacy policies for details.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these, email yusuf@leadlancer.ai.
